		<description>I will not miss breakfast as I think it’s the most important meal of the day.
I usually have muesli cereal with semi-skimmed milk or if I am on a super strict diet I’ll have organic cereal with organic milk. My other favourite breakfast meals are boiled egg whites, porridge or brown bread with 
a good quality Jam. My fluid intake in the morning will be water, freshly squeezed orange Juice or Carrot Juice or a good quality tea with one tea spoon of brown sugar no milk. This is my breakfast intake for Monday to Saturday... And on Sundays its a different story as it&#039;s my treat day LOL.</description>
