Bio

Lauren has been immersed in health and fitness from a young age, playing every team sport she could find, but more recently she has developed a passion for long distance running and has completed the Brighton and London marathons.

I like to make workouts fun, and a time where you can forget about the stresses of your day and focus on yourself. I make sure every session feels just as exciting as the last, using all types of training methods and equipment, to ensure you hit your goals.

My focus is to educate clients about their health and fitness to ensure they understand why we are adopting certain workout routines. I want people to take this advice away and maintain a healthy lifestyle outside of our sessions. I love working with all personalities, and have had great success with those who work in a highly stressful office environment having been there myself!
