Powerbag Exercises – Abdominal Twists

Lynsey from Eqvvs Training in Knightsbridge continues to share her favourite Powerbag exercises, this one focuses on abdominal twists.

Try this great exercise to trainΒ the internal and external oblique muscles of the abdomen.

  1. Sit with your feet touching the floor and the PowerbagΒ next to you on one side.
  2. Holding onto the Powerbag handles, reach to your side and lift the Powerbag up,Β bringing to the other side of you by twisting your trunk and working your obliques.
