Powerbag Exercises – Uneven Walking Lunges

Lynsey from Eqvvs Training in Knightsbridge shares the last of her favourite Powerbag exercises. If you think lunges are hard, wait until you try this one! Thanks Lynsey!

  1. Stand holding the middle of a sandbag with both hands and with it resting on one shoulder.
  2. Proceed to walking lunges across the length of the studio.
  3. Lower the bag slowly to the floor.
  4. Begin again with the sandbag resting on the other shoulder to get an even workout.
