- Get active every day.
You can burn 250kcal more each day by increasing incidental movements – walk when on the phone, do housework, even fidgeting will make a difference. Remember, exercise is not expensive and can actually save money! Simple things like washing the car, vacuuming, will get the heart pumping and the muscles working.

Crawling is massively underrated and is not just for babies! Crawling refines both gross and fine motor skills by strengthening the large and small muscle groups. It is also fantastic for brain stimulation and creating a spike in the heart rate.
