Top tips on how to get a beach body from Luis

Hello. My name is Luis. I work with clients of all abilities at Eqvvs Training. My youngest client is 11 years old and my oldest client is 86! There are so many different ways to get active and exercise but when I’m at the studio in Knightsbridge clients constantly ask me how to get ‘beach fit’. Here are my top 5 beach body tips:

  1. Eat less, move more.
  2. Try on your swimming costume at least four weeks before your holiday.
  3. Walk up the escalator or take two extra flights of stairs a day for five weeks.
  4. Do 50 glute lifts a day (once you have seen yourself in your swimming costume!).
  5. Breakfast = carbs 55%, protein 40%. Lunch = Carbs 45%, protein 45%. Dinner = carbs 10%, protein 50%. The rest should all be veg. Check out this great recipefrom Gizzi which is perfect for dinner!
